Just a quick note to let you know that The Paella Trio will be playing at the Flat Iron Cafe on Friday, November 10th starting at 9 pm.  And something else . . . .

A note to artists: I received an email through the blog asking that I add this listing to yesterday's City Paper post of listings.  Although I encourage artists to send notice of gigs around town that are not getting media or other attention, there are a couple of ground rules generally: (1) they should be sent with enough lead time for me to get them in a day or two ahead of the gig at least, and (2) I can't add them to existing posts (this has to do with repeating posts for those who have a feeds from the site).  This request ran afoul of both.  But it's a new band in this area (new to me, at least) and I want to encourage.
