We're all getting set up for the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival that is coming in a mere six days. You've seen the evidence on this blog (and will continue to). Although it's been in the background for awhile on their site, City Newspaper has now issued its paper version of the RIJF Guides as well. I'll try to clue you in as I become aware of them.  By the way, I will be trying to clue you in to jazz that's happening around Rochester IN ADDITION TO the XRIJF.  I will be publishing this post next week and during the festival itself. Artists and venues, if you have gigs outside of the festival, let me know via the email link in the left panel and I'll try to get it out there as well.
