The Park has 50 townhouse and 18 apartments where single-parent families transition from poverty to self-sufficiency. Family support services help adults achieve personal and professional goals, while an accredited early learning center helps children achieve success in school and in life.

The concert begins at 7 p.m. at a new venue for JFTP, the Lutheran Church of the Reformation, 111 N. Chestnut St. Tickets are $25. Call (585) 263-7938 or go to Jazz for the Park website.
