Please let me know if you know of any jazz from out of town artists as my upcoming shows listings are getting a bit (OK entirely) sparse and I know something is out there (for instance, just heard about the UofR concert by Grazyna Auguscik & Paulinho Garcia on Sunday at UofR yesterday). So, I'm lying there in bed, slowly slipping into unconsciouness, and it hit me ... it was Wednesday! Sh*t, I didn't write the listings post! For some reason it felt like a Friday. Did I jump up and run out to the computer to punch out the listings? Nope. I turned over and went to sleep. Fact is, today is Thanksgiving. People will be stuffing their faces and watching football, not going out to listen to live jazz. Nothing much on the horizon today, so I was right.
