Well, another XRIJF has come and gone (I'm still digesting, but hope to have a wrap up post by the weekend) and we're officially in the "dog days of summer," but the jazz doesn't stop then. However, it is much diminished if you know what I mean.  

Jason Crane's The Jazz Session podcast, which showcased Jason's great interviews of well-known and not so well known jazz artists, has been missed by me and others while on what now we know was a hiatus. Jason has started a Kickstarter to try to raise funds to return The Jazz Session to the "airwaves." Help him out at this Kickstarter page.
