At the fringe of the Fringe, there is ... Live jazz in ROC, September 6th through 12th
Building the ROC jazz community with a new jam session ... a guest post by Karl Stabnau

There will be a Fringe of jazz at the Rochester Fringe Festival.... September 12th through the 22nd

Fringe Festival Jazz While there is so much else to hit the Key Bank Rochester Fringe Festival for, there is also jazz.  I've compiled the jazz at the Fringe for the next seven days, plus all of the other live jazz in and around Rochester.  Most of the acts have second sets later, so if you can't make it over  the next week, check the link to see when else the group will be playing.  As with the Fringe in general, I'm taking a broad view of what is "jazz at the Fringe" here.  You may not agree, so I suggest you look them up on the Fringe's site to make sure it's something you really want to check out.  I wish I was going to be here for the Dave Rivello Ensemble's "plugged-in" RED performance on Saturday. On my regular listings posts during the Fringe Festival, I'm going to refer to this post rather than list them, so bookmark this post if you want to hear some jazz at the Fringe
